Introduce:The sampling machine in the middle of the belt is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor and arranged in a section of the material conveying belt. It is a sampling device used to mechanically and automatically collect samples for the continuous transportation of bulk material flow. The sampling device  sweeps the cross section of the material flow through the sampler.

Scope of application:The central belt sampler is widely used in many industries such as electric power,steel, metallurgy, coking, chemical industry, building materials, etc. It mainly samples coal, mineral products,coke and other materials transported through the belt. It can also be designed and configured according to different needs of customers.

Working Principle of Sampler:

According to the set time interval, the sampling head rotates for one cycle to obtain a complete cross-section sample from the moving belt conveyor. The sample directly falls into the primary belt feeder through the chute, and the material is sent to the crusher. The crusher crushes the material to the required size without losing the moisture of the material, and then the sample is divided by the divider. Different samplers can be selected to meet the requirements of each sampling. The sample is collected into a waterproof and dustproof container. The residual materials in the sampling system return to the main material flow. Several methods can be selected according to the needs: free fall, screw conveyor, circular tube belt conveyor or bucket elevator.

Product function

1. No damage to belt, complete sampling

The sampling machine in the middle of the belt adopts the scraper type sampling head, made of stainless steel, and its lower end is the scraper plate which is in soft contact with the coal conveying belt. The rotating arc of the scraper bucket is basically consistent with the radian of the material carried by the belt. It can not only damage the conveyor belt, but also sweep the entire section of the material flow, and take out the sub-sample completely.

2. No empty mining

The sampling head adopts mechanical and electrical measures to prevent the sampling head from staying or transferring into the material flow, ensure that the sampling machine does not affect the normal operation of coal handling operation, and set up detection devices to prevent empty mining.

3. Strong representativeness of sampling

The sampling machine can take uniform samples from the whole section, which is not affected by the size of material flow, and has strong representativeness and high reliability.

4. Unattended sampling site

Starting from the start of the sampling machine in the middle of the belt, the whole system’s working process is automatically controlled by the upper computer+PLC, which can realize the setting of various parameters, the real-time display of equipment operation, the automatic collection of data, the automatic operation of programs, and the unattended sampling site.

5. Flexible and diverse control methods

The sampling machine mode in the middle of the belt can be divided into automatic, manual, upper computer and remote control states, which can be flexibly selected according to the site requirements to meet the needs of different situations.

6. No blocking and sticking problems, smooth operation

It has a unique wet coal crushing technology. The discharging particle size is controlled within 3~12mm. It is equipped with automatic cleaning function to prevent sticking. The sampling is not limited by the moisture and viscosity of the material. There are no problems such as blocking, sticking and scattering during the sampling process. The sampling is smoother, more uniform and reliable.

7. High indexing accuracy and convenient adjustment

The division ratio can be easily adjusted by PLC. The division ratio has a wide range, and the division accuracy is ≤ 0.37A without system error. Its adjustment can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation time interval of the cutting head or by adjusting the size of the cutter head. The division ratio is easy to adjust.
