1.Introduction :

The cross belt primary sampler is installed in the middle of the coal conveyor belt conveyor and is directly controlled by PLC. The materials in the middle of the belt conveyor are intercepted in full section according to the set time interval. The materials are fed into the belt feeder through the chute. The belt feeder evenly and continuously sends the materials to the crusher. The crusher breaks the materials according to the specified particle size, and the crushed materials are reduced and divided through the divider, The samples are collected automatically, and the remaining materials are returned to the currently running belt.

2.Product feature

1). The layout of each module is reasonable, and the universality of the trestle used by the unit is fully considered;

2). There is no systematic deviation in the sampling and division system;

3). Sampling is applicable to the wide range of maximum nominal particle size of raw coal: 0 ~ 350mm; The division ratio range of the divider is large: 1 / 10 ~ 1 / 120;

4). The crusher has strong ability to adapt to full moisture: ≤ 17%, maintenance, defecation prevention and safe use (equipped with iron removal room and alarm switch);

5). Flexible control mode: it can be manually and programmatically controlled, unattended, or add automatic code spraying packaging system module.

The system includes devices:

Primary sampling:The sampler is installed on the conveyor and will automatically collect samples according to the set time. The data is uploaded to the control system, and the sample is transported from the chute to feeder.

 Belt Weighing Feeder:After the primary sample enters the feeder, it is sent to the crusher at a constant speed. The feeder machine is controlled by PLC and can control the transmission speed of the belt.

Crusher:The primary sample enters the double rotor upper and lower stage crushing mechanism crusher, and the crushed material meets the size requirements of the secondary sample

Turnstile  Divider:High indexing accuracy, easy adjustment of indexing ratio, and the ability to return excess materials to the conveyor belt through a bucket elevator.

Sample CollectorThe material collector is controlled by a PLC, and sensors detect whether the material is full and automatically replace the material tank

Reject bucket  elevator:The first sample after crushing is separated by a rotary splitter, and the excess sample is returned to the conveyor line by a bucket elevator
