working principle:
The material is transported from the feed port to the metering cutter connected below through the screw conveyor, and

of double tube metering, the metering cutter operates at a constant speed to advance the material, that is, the speed signa
is the design value of the metering cutter).
At this time, the instantaneous flow and cumulative weight value are obtained from the weight and speed signals through
calculation. The spiral quantitative feeding scale control system compares the actual flow signal with the set flow signal,
and outputs the control signal to the frequency converter through PID adjustment to dynamically adjust the speed of the
