Equipment structure ：

The belt weighing feeder is composed of transmission device, frame, sensor, distributor, tensioning device,
belt and other parts,

The transmission device is composed of a motor, a reducer and components connected to the drum shell,
which drives the drum to rotate and pull the belt.

The frame is used to support each assembly and transmission system, which is welded by profile.
Sensor is an important device used to sense the weight of materials on the belt.The distributor is
used to adjust the material height on the belt surface.

The tensioning device is used to adjust the belt tightness and prevent belt deviation.Belts are used
to drive and drag materials.

working principle 

Simultaneous interpreting the weight signals of the material from the belt and the speed signal of the belt running
to the micro controller.Automatically calculate the instantaneous flow of materials. By continuously comparing the
set flow with the actual flow,So as to adjust the running speed of the belt and keep the actual material flow at the set
flow value.
