Fundamental construction and work principle of Pulse Bag Dust Remover

See the basic structure on Picture 1. It is composed by the following 5 parts.

1. Upper box body: equipped with raisable warehouse cover ring device (1) and wind exit (18)

2. Middle box body: equipped with perforated plate (7), air inlet(8),filter bag (16) filter bag frame (17) and Venturi tube (6)

3. Under box body: ash hopper (12), inspection gate (13)

4. Ash remove system: including speed reducer and dust valve (10)

5. Spurt and blow system: including control device (9)control valve(3) pulse valve(4) spurt and blow pipe(19) and air bag(5)

The work principle of Pulse Dust Remover: after the dust gas getting into the middle box body, thick dust fall due to the decrease of speed, thin dust was taken by the air flow, clean air penetrates the filter bag, goes through the horn pipe and discharges from the clean air chamber. Dust accumulates and sticks to the filter bag, which forms a dust layer. Thus, not only does it improve the efficiency of dust removing, but also increases the resistance.

To keep the working condition steady, you must limit the dust remover resistance in an area (generally 1200—1500Pa). So you need to clean the dust layer regularly. Pulse dust remover adopts the compressed air as the clean power. There is a 3/4” air nozzle in every row of filter bag which forms a pulse net. The PLC gives the definite program and urges the pulse valve to work. At that time, the compressed air goes out through a 6.4mm small hole in the center of filter bag and goes into the filter bag with the air around quickly. In a instantaneous time, the filter bag inflates suddenly, the dust layer falls. Meanwhile, the air current reversed and dust in the filter bag is blown out. Thus it can be seen, this dust clean method is best.

Picture 2 is the decomposition of the dust clean cycle. The dust clean cycle is one more minute, and it takes 10 second to spurt blow the dust. Every time, there is one row of filter bag was spurted and blown. So it can do the continuous work and the load is even, 4working condition is steady. The dust removed is sent to dust warehouse through thespiral machine of ash hopper

Construction and working principle of the spurt and blow system:
The construction of this system can be seen in Picture 3. The A side of the pulse valve connects with the compressed air bag and the B side connects with the air nozzle. The backpressure room of the pulse valve connects with the controlling valve. The work of PLC is finished PLC. If there is no signed with PLC, the movable ferrite core of the controlling valve blocks the air vent, the pulse valve is closed. If there is signal, the controlling valve will let the
backpressure room of the pulse valve ventilates with the atmosphere pressure (leaking out the pressure). The pulse valve is turned on, the compressed air goes into the Venturi pipe through the small hole of spurt and blow pipe, which makes the filter bag full of pressure and the dust clean,s finished

Pulse valve: Pulse is the implementing agencies of pulsed electric, pneumatic pulse or pulse motor control system (Picture 4). When no signal in the control instrumentation, compressed air in Gas packet entered the pulse valve Back Room C, corrugated diaphrag has the same pressure on both sides, spring pressure made the blowing patch closed. When the control instrumentation sends out signal, Control Valve received signals and gases immediately, pulse pressure valve C, suddenly deflated, A Room of corrugated pressure diaphragm pressure open, gas injection of compressed air from the package as A Room B Room injection into the control signal is gone, C, pressure rising rapidly, Spring pressure, injection to stop.
