It takes complete cross section of sample from moving conveyor belt; it consists of motor

,speed reducer ,rotating sample cutter,approaching switch, frame and casing and so on .

The equipment is manufactured in accordance with standard of GB/T475-2008 and

standard GB/T10355.1-2000.

Widely used in steel plants,power plants, coal mines and other industries for continuous

transportation of bulk materials, to achieve full-section automatic random sampling, eliminate

human interference. It can sample quickly, with simple structure and reliable operation.

Working Principle of Sampler

According to the set time interval, the sampling head rotates for one cycle to obtain a complete

cross-section sample from the moving belt conveyor. The sample directly falls into the primary

belt feeder through the chute, and the material is sent to the crusher. The crusher crushes the

material to the required size without losing the moisture of the material, and then the sample is

divided by the divider. Different samplers can be selected to meet the requirements of each sampling.

 The sample is collected into a waterproof and dustproof container. The residual materials in the

sampling system return to the main material flow. Several methods can be selected according to

the needs: free fall, screw conveyor, circular tube belt conveyor or bucket elevator.

Maintenance 

1).Check the bearing block regularly, whether the bolts of the reducer are loose or not,

and find out the abnormal, handle it in time.

2).Check rubber retaining plate, scraper wear, timely adjustment or replacement;

3).Regularly check whether the bearing and reducer are short of oil, add or fill lubricating

oil in time.

4).In strict accordance with the instructions and the corresponding equipment

instructions for use, maintenance and repair.
