The primary sampling head of the belt is installed at the head of the belt conveyor. The parabola section of the material intercepted by the movable can head sampling head. The material is sent to the primary feeder through the coal chute, and enters the crusher and diverter for crushing and separation. The sample is collected through the coal chute.

Product introduction:

The primary sampling head of the belt is installed at the feeding place of the belt conveyor head. The mobile bucket head sampling head intercepts the materials with parabolic cross-section of the materials. The materials are sent to the primary feeder through the coal drop pipe and enter the crusher and divider for crushing and division. The reduced samples are collected in the collector through the coal drop pipe. The samples are used for the determination of water samples and composition samples in the laboratory, The waste material of the divider is returned to the running lower belt conveyor through the residual coal return device or coal drop pipe

No blocking, no sticking, smooth operation:There are two problems of “blocking” and “sticking” in the traditional sampling machine. System workflow

Secondary sampling:

  • Automatically complete iron removal, transportation, weighing, crushing, shrinkage, drying, pulverizing, packagingSample collection and preparation process such as waste sample recovery;
  • Output samples according to the demand to realize the seamless connection of crushing, dividing, sampling and sample preparation;
  • No one operates the whole process and breaks through the technical barrier of “mining but not making” in the sampling field.

 

Tertiary sampling:

  • The on-line weighing technology is introduced into the sampling system;
  • Apply the principle of resistance strain gauge technology to detect the weight of each sub sample;
  • Fast measurement speed, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability;
  • When the weighing data exceeds the set range, it will automatically alarm, and judge whether there are abnormal phenomena such as blocking and sticking, so as to improve the sampling efficiency of the system.

 

System core structure innovation:

Sampling head:

  • The sampling head is made of 304 stainless steel, which has better corrosion resistance and wear resistance;
  • The sampling head is of scraper type to ensure the interception of material flow in the whole section;
  • The lower end of the sampling head is provided with a wear-resistant scraping plate in soft contact with the coal conveying belt without damaging the belt.
  • Adopt mechanical and electrical double protection devices to ensure that the sampling machine will not affect the normal operation of coal handling operation.

Crusher:

Double rotor upper and lower two-stage crushing mechanism, with more uniform discharge particle size;

Expander:

The reduction ratio can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation time interval of the cutting head, and the purpose can be achieved by adjusting the opening size of the cutter.
