Product introduction：

The middle primary sampler is installed in the middle of the coal conveyor belt conveyor and is directly controlled by PLC. The materials in the middle of the belt conveyor are intercepted in full section according to the set time interval. The materials are fed into the belt feeder through the chute. The belt feeder evenly and continuously sends the materials to the crusher. The crusher breaks the materials according to the specified particle size, and the crushed materials are reduced and divided through the divider, The samples are collected automatically, and the final samples are used for the determination of moisture samples and composition samples in the laboratory, and the remaining materials are returned to the currently running belt. The system is mainly composed of central sampler, primary feeder, crusher, secondary feeder, divider, sample collector and other equipment.

No blocking, no sticking, smooth operation:There are two problems of “blocking” and “sticking” in the traditional sampling machine. York has a unique wet coal crushing technology, which is very good at crushing high wet materials.The discharge particle size is controlled at 3 ~ 12mm, and the self-cleaning function prevents the material from sticking.The system is not limited by the moisture and viscosity of the material, which completely solves the two problems of”blocking” in sampling.

Random sampling, strong representativeness:The sampling scheme is automatically generated according to the sampling position, sub sample quantity and time interval, so as to truly realize random sampling and effectively avoid empty mining and mismining; The scraping and sweeping belt can cut off the material flow in the whole section, and the cutting is accurate.After being tested by the authority, there is no systematic deviation, which meets the requirements of double standards of domestic and national standards.

Characteristic

Sample (divide) the crushed sample from the belt feeder. It is characterized by small volume, no blockage, stable and reliable working process and no noise.

The division ratio can be easily adjusted by PLC. The division ratio has a wide range, and the division accuracy is ≤ 0.37a without systematic error. And its adjustment can be carried out through two aspects

The reduction ratio can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation time interval of the cutting head, and the purpose can be achieved by adjusting the opening size of the cutter.

Secondary sampling:

Tertiary sampling:

• Apply the principle of resistance strain gauge technology to detect the weight of each sub sample;
• Fast measurement speed, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability;
• When the weighing data exceeds the set range, it will automatically alarm, and judge whether there are abnormal phenomena such as blocking and sticking, so as to improve the sampling efficiency of the system.

 

System core structure innovation:

Sampling head:

• The sampling head is made of 304 stainless steel, which has better corrosion resistance and wear resistance;
• The sampling head is of scraper type to ensure the interception of material flow in the whole section;
• The lower end of the sampling head is provided with a wear-resistant scraping plate in soft contact with the coal conveying belt without damaging the belt.
• Adopt mechanical and electrical double protection devices to ensure that the sampling machine will not affect the normal operation of coal handling operation.
